1. Each oral presentation has been awarded a total of 18 minutes. This includes the time for your presentation, Q/A and change over. You should plan on presenting for 15 minutes followed by Q/A for 2-3 minutes. We will appreciate your sticking to the time schedule as each session is packed, and we would like to avoid any delays/spill-overs.
  2. Each session will have a session chair whose name will be available on the website soon (in next couple of days) as well as in the program booklet. You should coordinate with the session chair regarding your presentation at least 15 minutes before the start of your session (see details below). They will be available at the session location.
  3. To minimize change-over times, we will be using a single laptop for all the presentations. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive so that it can be transferred to the presentation laptop. To be able to do this smoothly, you should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session and coordinate with you session chair.
  4. Please make sure to have your presentation either in pdf or ppt(x) format. We will prefer pdf since .ppt(x) sometimes may have some display issues due to different Powerpoint versions. We may not be able to support files in any other format.
